Winters Wind is a Breeder of solid color Standard Poodles. We produce only black, white and silver poodles for the conformation ring, performance, service/therapy dogs and wonderful pets. We do full OFA health testing on our dogs and also do UC Davis VGL resting. Our goal is to produce exceptional Poodles with health, structure and temperament as the priority. Winters Wind works closely with many national service dog organizations.
Winters Wind is proud to have our poodles performing in: Rally Obedience, Obedience, Dock Jumping, Weight Pulling, Nose Work, Field Trials, Dog Sledding and Agility.
Our puppies are raised with ENS techniques, Puppy Culture and Rules of Seven. We hold puppy play days, where neighbors, families and just those who love puppies can come and interact with the puppies. At 8 weeks all puppies are Volhard tested and structure is evaluated by a show judge.
Winters Wind is Licensed and Inspected by the State of Illinois, Inspected by AKC.
